Stephen C. Kromer
President
Steve is one of the
original founders of KFR Services and has been its President
since the company's inception in 1975. He was responsible for
the design and implementation of the databases Tele-Tech
Services produced prior to 1995. Presently, he serves in an
advisory role on special projects. Outside of work, Steve serves
on the board for our local Habitat for Humanity Chapter and
teaches boating safety for the Charleston Power Squadron. When
time and weather permit, Steve loves to cruise the Intracoastal
Waterway on his trawler "No Sense".
Janice Kromer
Vice
President
Janice is one of the
original founders of KFR Services and has remained active in the
company throughout the years. Janice's interest in and knowledge
of telecom tariffs began in 1975, when she was a member of the
team that designed and implemented one of the first call
accounting applications in the telecommunications industry.
While Janice has functioned as Vice President of nearly every
department within KFR Services, she has always remained active
in tariff research. Today, she devotes the majority of her time
to employee issues and the growth of the company's newer
divisions.
Janice fills her free time as a
Post Commander of the Charleston Power Squadron, serving on the
Advisory Council for The College of Charleston's Family
Enterprise Forum, cruising the Intracoastal Waterway aboard "No
Sense", and spending time with her five grandchildren. If you
haven't noticed, Steve & Janice have the same last name --
they're married. They managed to stay married through several
decades of working together! And they've raised two children
(Stephanie Fetchen and Kimberly Russo) who are their business
partners.
Stephanie Fetchen

A wife and mother of two
daughters, Stephanie is active in the Newington Elementary
School PTA as the 2nd Vice President and Co-Chair of
its Mini-Grants Committee and has served as the Vice President
of the Junior Service League of Summerville. She was recently
appointed to the Board of Directors of Dorchester Habitat for
Humanity.
Kimberly Russo

issues, Kimberly has been a contributing editor to Phones Plus

Kimberly and
her husband Nick are the busy and proud parents of two sons and
a daughter. She gives back to the community through the Fort
Dorchester Elementary PTA where she is Vice President and the
Junior Service League of Summerville where she serves as
Membership Chairperson. In 2005, Kimberly received the
Charleston Regional Business Journal's "Forty Under 40" award.

Departments until 2003, when he became Director of Finance and
Information Technology. Scott is responsible for overseeing all
accounting and financial functions; and he manages our I.T.
group, which involves the oversight and planning of all
maintenance, upgrades, and performance of our computing systems
and hardware. For the past several years, Scott has also managed
our corporate business continuity and disaster recovery plan. In
2006, he obtained certification as a business continuity planner
through Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII). He
currently manages our Business Continuity Services division
while maintaining our own corporate plan.
Outside the office, Scott
is a member of Saint Michael's Episcopal Church in Charleston,
where he has served on the Vestry and Building and Grounds
Commission. He is also active with the local Habitat for
Humanity chapter and served on their board as Treasurer from
2000 to 2006. Scott is originally from Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania and relocated to South Carolina with his wife,
Cyndee, in 1999. They currently reside in Mount Pleasant with
their three children.
Linda Chugon
Director-Operations and Customer Service
Linda started at KFR
Services as a receptionist in 1998 and soon began training as a
sales assistant. The next year, Linda took the tariff research
experience she gained as sales assistant to her new position of
Tariff Team Leader, where her responsibilities included ensuring
all tariffs were acquired, scanned and entered into our system
within a designated time frame. She quickly rose through the
ranks to become Assistant Director of operations, then Director
of Operations in 2001. She oversees our data collection, tariff
research, data entry, and quality assurance. She is also
responsible for managing Tele-Tech's customer service
department.
Linda volunteers with
Habitat for Humanity by helping out in the Habitat Home Store.
Linda is married and has one grown son, Byron. She enjoys
motorcycle riding with her husband Nick and finding new places
to ride around the state during weekends. Their motorcycle
excursions include a few trips to the mountains of North
Carolina and Tennessee each year with family and friends.
